Help!!
It has been a few years since I bought a dons fanzine, due to the distance from Lancashire to Pittodrie, and my lack of effort to see the team over the last few years. However, I saved the ones I bought during their (fanzines, not AFCs) heyday - beginning with the fantastic Northern Light, with its wicked humour and almost effortless pisstaking of anywhere and anyone south of Aberdeen, and anyone connected with the club. Here are some fanzine covers and internal pages from a very small selection. At the moment, I have only copied the last (??) TNL issue (21 1/2), and Paper Tiger (around during 93-95ish). More to follow when I can get the next box out of the loft.

Paper Tiger - issue 2. This was from August 93, when the Dons had just had their first full season under Willie Miller. The new Beach End (Dicks Erection) was used for the first time. The club went to a traditional (?!) away strip of blue and gold stripes.

The Northern Light - issue 21 1/2. Willie Miller had just taken over from Alex Smith, so this is from around April 1992. Inside - Bobbys Blouse (homage to Bobby Connor), Mixu signs for the Dons, and other laughs at Glasgow!!
